Physio 4 Disability is a registered NDIS provider # 4050 106 963.
We have IMMEDIATE CAPACITY and NO WAITING LIST. We provide a mobile physio service for NDIS clients. We see NDIS clients aged 7 years old and upwards. We do physiotherapy home visits.There are many benefits to seeing a client in their own home. We have the opportunity to see how the client moves around their home, and can identify any falls risks at the same time. We also do hydrotherapy or water based exercises at the local pool. |
Our process
We conduct a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment that looks holistically at the client, and we use standardised objective measures to record the client’s mobility, strength, endurance, balance and overall functional capacity.
We provide an initial assessment Physiotherapy Report to the Support Coordinator that includes physiotherapy goals and also identifies any areas of concern.
Dependent on the client's needs and available funding, we then offer ongoing sessions in the home or at the local pool/gym to work towards achieving their NDIS goals. We can also provide education and training to support workers/families to enable them to better support the client's needs.
